All donations made on this website are considered final and non-refundable, as they are immediately utilized for social welfare activities and operational expenses.

2. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Technical error during the transaction
  • Incorrect donation amount due to payment gateway issues

In such cases, donors must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
