4. Help With Us reserves the right to accept or decline any volunteer application at its discretion.

5. Volunteers must follow the organization’s rules, guidelines, and safety instructions during activities.

6. Any misconduct, misuse of resources, or behavior harming the organization’s reputation may result in immediate removal.

7. Volunteers agree that photos or videos taken during activities may be used for promotional or awareness purposes.

8. Help With Us is not responsible for personal loss, injury, or damage during volunteering activities, except where required by law.

9. Volunteer participation may be modified or discontinued at any time by either the volunteer or the organization.
